As I have mentioned to many of you, a booking system has been in progress(!). With many trial and errors the easiest and most flexible way of booking your space at Pilates or Barre is explained below! If you have any questions at all, please don't hesitate to get in touch!
Booking System How To's!
After Easter, booking and payment will be required in advance to all classes excluding Chair Pilates.
As always, there is the flexibility to PAY AS YOU GO and to book and pay for your sessions weekly - or if you'd like to receive a discount BLOCK BOOKINGS are available for 4x sessions.
Contact Lydia via email at: lydiamstrange@gmail.com if you are new to classes - Lydia will send you a health form to fill in, then head to the booking page here to select a class to book.
Please note, there is a 12 hour cancellation policy for ALL bookings. For any bookings cancelled before 12 hours, you can rearrange your booking to another day. For any cancellations made after this time amendments are unavailable. Refunds are unavailable. Prices below.
Pilates (All)

Barre Sculpt (Mondays)
PAY AS YOU GO - £8.00
4 Sessions - £28
*Barre and Pilates block bookings (aka class passes) should be booked separately*

One more thing!
Please bring a towel to class to place on top of your mat before the session. This will be a huge help to keep the mats as clean and as hygienic as possible.
