Many of us lead busy lives and find it hard to dedicate time for self-care and fitness. Dropping out of a fitness routine is really common and can all too often leave us feeling defeated and demotivated. Private sessions will provide the support and guidance you need to take control of your wellness journey and will help you to create a healthy habit by staying accountable and making yourself a priority.

Private sessions are tailored to your individual needs and goals. If you are new to Pilates, these sessions are recommended to effectively learn the different techniques such as; learning to recruit the deepest abdominal muscles (TVA), pelvic floor muscles and learning the pilates breath technique to assist us in getting the most out of every movement, without putting unnecessary strains on the body. 


Private sessions also help clients get the most out of future group classes and see the quickest transformation. It can also be a great way to increase your confidence before joining group classes.


1-1 Pilates is suitable even if you are recovering from, or currently have an injury or illness, training for a fitness event, or are pre/post natal.


Whether you're a beginner or have been practicing Pilates for some years, a 1:1 session allows you to push forwards and progress so you get the best our of every workout.
