There are so many reasons to choose private sessions either as your only session in the week or to compliment group sessions. Each are tailored to suit your individual needs in the comfort of your own home or another space suited to you. Choose from Pilates, Barre or a mix of both and depending on your goals private HIIT sessions are available too.

  • If you are new to Pilates or Barre, private sessions are a great way to get started and effectively learn the different techniques correctly. Learning to recruit the deepest abdominal muscles (TVA), pelvic floor muscles and learning the pilates breath technique all help to assist us in getting the most out of every movement, without putting unnecessary strains on the body. 


  • Private sessions will help you to get the most out of your future group classes and see the quickest transformation. It can also be a great way to increase your confidence before joining group classes.


  • Pilates is suitable even if you are recovering from or currently have an injury, illness, or are pre/post natal, and private sessions are the best way for us to help you modify your workout for your specific needs.

  • Many of us lead busy lives and find it hard to dedicate time for self-care and fitness. Dropping out of a fitness class is really common and can all too often leave us feeling defeated and demotivated. Private sessions will provide the support and guidance you need to take control of your wellness journey and will help you to create a healthy habit by staying accountable and making yourself a priority.


  • Maybe you've a specific goal, such as a birthday, wedding, marathon for example coming up. We can help you to build muscle definition and tone, feel stronger, or to help you on your weight loss journey. 

  • By using small equipment and modifications we work to get the most out of every exercise for your body. Whether you're a beginner or have been practicing Pilates for some years, a 1:1 session allows you to push forwards and progress so you get the best our of every workout.


The cost for 1-1 & duet (2-1) and trio or small group (up t0 4) sessions are as follows:
